Do you have excellent attention to detail and work great independently or in a team environment? Our client in Calgary is seeking an Administrative Assistant with a positive attitude and willingness to support their team on a contract basis.
- Editing, reformatting and restructuring of documents as needed
- Have a strong knowledge of filing and filing taxonomies to assist in reorganization and streamlining of record keeping system(s)
- Ability to schedule and organize calendars
- Creation of office property inventory lists
- Other office related duties as required
- Strongly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Candidate must be able to work alone or as part of a group
- Ability to take meeting minutes is an asset
- Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Candidate must have strong attention to detail and strong organization skills
- Candidate must be able to observe deadlines, completing projects in an efficient and timely manner
