Position:                      Restaurant Supervisor (NOC 6311)

  • Sakana Grill Japanese Restaurant - 10 Crowfoot Circle NW, Calgary, AB T3G2R2 (30 to 44 hours per week)
  • Point Sushi Bullet Train Sushi Bar - 116 2 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2P 0B9 (30 to 44 hours per week)

Note:                            Welcome individuals willing to work for either or both business locations with total work hours not exceeding 44 hours per week.

Salary:                         $15 per hour for 30 to 44 hours per week

Employment Term:     Permanent, Full Time

Employment Conditions:        Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift

Start Date:                               As soon as possible

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food,
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies,
  • Ensure food service and quality control,
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage,
  • Prepare and submit reports,
  • Prepare food order summaries for chef,
  • Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres,
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays,
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys,
  • Establish work schedules
