Build and maintain strong, long-lasting candidate relationships
Understand the job descriptions, requirements and roles provided by our client to fill their
Source candidates for client's using advertising, partnerships and other sources.
Identify and implement a recruiting strategies and methodology relevant to current vacancies.
Facilitate the recruiting process, including first interviews, interviews with clients,
assessments, reference, and issue job offers.
Interview candidates proactively to support incoming requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills: clearly conveys thoughts, both written and verbally, listening
attentively and asking questions for clarification and understanding
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Collaboration and Teamwork: works with others to deliver results, meaningfully contributing to
the team and prioritizing group needs over individual needs

Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging work environment where you will
implement a full-cycle recruiting process
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, other communication applications
such as Skype, WhatsApp, GoTo Meeting
Experience sourcing candidates via Social Media, Job Boards, Employment Agencies and
other sourcing channels.
