Permanent Full Time Position; $44.00/hour; 1 Vacancy; Language: English; Education: Bachelor's Degree; Experience: 2-3 years; Hire & train or arrange for training of staff; plan, administer & control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment & supplies; hire & provide training for staff; plan, organize, direct, control & evaluate the operations of department providing a single or several administrative service(s); prepare reports & briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services; direct & advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services; direct and control corporate governance & regulatory compliance within company. Fast-paced environment, ability to work under pressure; attention to detail; tight deadlines; ability to supervise 1-4 people; team player, excellent oral & written communication; accurate; organized and good judgement.
