Our client is looking for an Office Manager/Receptionist with experience working in a veterinary office.

Essential Capabilities:

  • Duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Answering phone calls, greeting clients and booking appointments
    • Being responsive to staff concerns
    • Providing consistent service to internal and external clients
    • Assisting with office events and activities
  • Must have experience in a veterinary office
  • Intermediate MS office skills and excellent data entry skills
  • Experience working with a multi line phone system
