Chamco has an exciting opportunity for a Service Technician to join their team in Airdrie, Alberta.
You will be responsible for completing field installations, performing site rebuilds, servicing and maintaining equipment, completing warranty repairs and troubleshooting equipment performance issues for air compressors, air dryers, pumps and other related equipment.
You will be required to participate in an on-call support roster on a rotational basis (approximately every 4-5 weeks).
To qualify for this position you must be a Journeyman and preferably red seal certified in one of the following fields:
- Electrical Motor Technician;
- Machinist; or
- Heavy Duty Mechanic.
Ideally, you will have five years of related experience in the field of pumps and/or compressors.
This role will suit a candidate with strong mechanical skills and experience with rotating equipment. Strong troubleshooting skills with an ability to understand and interpret pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical drawings/schematics are important.
Chamco is seeking a safety focused individual with a track record of doing what it takes to complete quality work in a timely manner.

Please Note: Service Technician’s must supply their own hand tools up to 7/8” including a proper compliment of tools as requested. You will work a 40 hour week with plenty of opportunity for over time. Please note that you will work on an 24hour on call basis for 1 week out of every 5 weeks.About the Benefits
