We are a growing and vibrant Montessori Organization which serves approximately 400 children from 2-1/2 years up to 6 years of age in our Casa- Kindergarten and Full Day Montessori Program. We are excited to be looking for 4 dedicated and experienced individuals to assist in guiding our classrooms into its next stage of development and growth. As the Head Directress of the organization I hope that you will embrace this unique opportunity to build upon our campus' successful heritage of providing a quality Montessori program in a loving and joyful campus community. In this capacity you will strive to create an environment that allows students, their families and our program faculty to flourish and develop to their full potential. You will be accountable for all aspects of program operation by ensuring that the curricular scope and sequence, as well as instructional strategies, reflect the campus' progressive humanistic Montessori philosophy while also meeting the Alberta Ministry of Education's administrative and curricular guidelines. You will develop positive relationships with families, children and team members by providing leadership, mentorship and guidance in accordance with our campus' mission, goals, values, philosophies and policies.
Qualifications:
- Mi nimum of Child Development Worker.
- MACTE recognized Montessori Certification.
- Minimum 3 years in a Montessori Classroom.
- Current Criminal Record Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
Hours:
- Monday to Friday; 8 hour rotating shifts between 7am - 6pm
Wage:
- $2500.00 - $3000.00 per month -plus the government enhancement wage if eligible
