Symphony Senior Living is seeking experienced Building Services Coordinators to join their Aspen Ridge and Inglewood properties in Red Deer, Alberta.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Building Services Coordinator is responsible for performing routine preventative maintenance and repair procedures on the building, mechanical equipment and utility systems.
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a retirement, residential care or hospitality setting.
Additionally you will have a general knowledge of carpentry, electrical and plumbing procedures as well as heating and ventilation systems and appliance maintenance.
