A fast paced mail room position perfect for an energetic, multi tasker!

Our client is looking for vacation coverage in their busy mailroom.

Essential Capabilities

  • Duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Sort incoming mail, date stamp and prepare for distribution
    • Prepare volume mailings
    • Sorting office supplies, filing corespondence, sending and receiving faxes, data entry and photocopying
  • Mu st be comfortable working with new technology and software
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Good data entry with 100% accuracy
