We are hiring top candidates for Upper and Lower Bay Lube Technicians at our Calgary locations!

Whether you are an experienced Lube Tech or just starting your career, you will be joining our team of top-notch workers.  We’re proud of our “no pressure sales” … our customers love our honest approach to their car’s needs!   

TRAINING BONUS!          In addition to your wages, you will earn $2.00 per hour bonus while you train on our in-house Minit Lube Tech Certification program (4-6 weeks).  Once you have completed your training, you will be earning bonus based on one of the industry’s top paying bonus plans.

BE PART OF THE MINIT LUBE TEAM:

Upper Bay Technicians:

• Greet customers
• Operate computer system
• Perform service checks of fluid and filters
• Perform courtesy checks such as tire pressure, lights
• Recommend and perform additional services as indicated by vehicle history and checks

Lower Technicians:

• Perform oil and filter changes as well as other services
• Recommend additional services as indicated by checks
• Perform chassis lubrication and visual inspection
