Executive Assistant

I am looking for an Executive Assistant for a fast paced business. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office, have excellent organizational skills, have excellent time management skills, and a can-do attitude.

Duties would include:

- Organizing and scheduling calendar (business and personal)
- invoicing
- cold calling
- procurement
- filing
- streamlining office

- help with presentations

- answering emails

- sending out a weekly newsletter
...other administrative tasks as they arise.

Compensation: up to $25 per hour (depending on your experience)
Needed: 2-3 times per week, 4-5 hours per day (10-2/3pm)
