We require a responsible, organized individual with great multitasking ability and professional appearance that can work individually.
This job requires assisting customers in person and also through phone and web orders.
Also some light admin duties are involved such as invoicing posting payments and filing.
Computer knowledge in Word and Excel is required.
Administrative experience in a small office environment is a definite asset.
You must possess the ability to speak write and read English fluently.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8am -5pm.
