Inbound Call Centre Manager

We are currently seeking a full time Call Center Manager for our NE office. Position responsibilites include (but are not limited to):

-Direct the daily operations of the Call Centre
-Ensure the Call Centre supervisors and telephone operators are motivated and trained in order to provide exceptional service
-Understanding of call forecasting process and abiltiy to create or modify daily staffing sheets to reflect changes in staffing levels or forecasted calls
-Payroll tracking for all Call Centre staff
-Attend weekly management meetings
-Adhere to project timelines & call volumes and staff accordingly
The successful candidate will:
-Have 3-5 yrs of supervisory or managerial Call Centre experience
-Have experience completing basic people management tasks (performance reviews, coaching, hiring, training, and performance improvement)
-Have experience with Microsoft Office Suite
-Effectively and efficiently communicate, both verbally and in writing
-Work with other departments in a constructive manner
