Customer Service Representatives (Strong Printing Knowledge)

Calgary, Alberta

David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client, a large printing firm to recruit for Customer Service Representatives!

Do you take pride in providing your clients with exceptional performance from consultation through to execution of their business needs?  Do you enjoy providing administrative support to the sales team and being a first point of contact with clients?

The Role:

  • Handle client inquiries relating to orders placed, pricing, deliveries, general inquiries and complaints.
  • Act as a liaison between the National Call Center, Sales Office and Clients.
  • File maintenance.
  • Creating and maintaining job notes.
  • Assisting other support staff and sales team with ad hoc initiatives.
  • Running and preparing various reports for Account Executives and Clients.
  • Managing client inventory and preparing various reports and recommend items to be actioned.
  • Following up on orders.
  • Establishing prices after discussion with Account Executives.
  • Establishing list prices using various price books and pricing tools.
  • Entering production orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Expediting of orders and escalation to management as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You will bring at least two years of customer service experience with strong problem solving and following up skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • You enjoy building strong business relationships with repeat clients.
  • You are detail orientated with the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
  • You will have excellent interpersonal and organization skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).  (Testing is required).
  • If you have a printing industry background, this would be considered an asset.
    Must Pass Fingerprinting criminal check!
