Job Responsibilities

  • Receive, analyze and resolve 20-40 SCM related application/process tickets per day from vendors and business
  • Provide support and troubleshoot/problem solve P2P application issues
  • Help manage SAP Staging Table and workflow delays/issues
  • Monitor ticket status in to ensure resolution quality and rate meets defined metrics, undertaking escalation procedures when required
  • Perform contract maintenance in the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) application
  • Support and communicate the execution of P2P process improvements to suppliers and internal staff
  • Assess the requirements of internal and external customers to determine possible solutions to business issues and recommend enhancement/development of business processes
  • Provide support and guidance for the development of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) continuous improvement Strategy by recommending and implementing techniques to improve P2P productivity, effectiveness, and cost controls

Candidate Qualifications

  • 2-3 years’ of experience with SAP Materials Management or similar modules
  • Good financial acumen with 2-3 years’ experience in AP, AR, and Taxation
  • Strong understanding of P2P processes and Invoicing
  • Superior problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills; proven ability to adapt to shifting demands and priorities as required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to read and understand technical requirements and build a story for stakeholders to help them make informed business decisions
