Are you a dedicated receptionist who enjoys supporting a team with administrative duties?  Our client, located in Vermilion, Alberta is seeking someone to join their team on a contract basis until March.   

Job Responsibilities 

  • Provide front of house support by greeting visitors and answering phones
  • Answer general questions and assist clients with filling out applications
  • Assist the public with computer, fax, and copier use when required
  • Schedule in appointments with the appropriate parties and handling referrals
  • Enter information and data into applicable programs
  • General office support by scanning, filing, faxing, and handling inbound/outbound mail 

Candidate Qualifications 

  • Previous reception and administrative experience required
  • Comfortable with the MS Office suite of programs
  • Friendly, positive attitude, patient, and self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal skills and verbal communication skills
