Duties - Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods (Chinese cuisine style), Inspect kitchens and food service areas, Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, Clean kitchen and work areas, Organize and manage buffets and banquets.
Language - English (Cantonese would be an asset)
Salary - $15 per hour for 40 hours per week
Education - Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience - 2 years to less than 3 years
