What PHONELOGIX INC. is Hiring for:

Currently we are looking for Retail Store Supervisor for our location at 322 Meridian Rd NE, Calgary, AB T2A 2N6. This is a full time - Permanent job with 35-40 hours/week. The ideal candidate should be able to handle the following job responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate sales staff and assign duties.

• Sell merchandise (cellphone devices and accessories etc.) to customers.

• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and effect of competitors' operations on sales.

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports regarding sales volumes and stock.

• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise

• Resolve customer complaints

• Training new sales staff on sales and marketing.

• Making sales strategies and implementing in effective and efficient manner to reach sales goals.

• Achieving set sales targets provided on monthly basis.

Ability to Supervise

3-4 people
