You are an experienced (but still scrappy) sales professional, based in Alberta, who thrives on hunting and winning new clients.  As a member of the sales team, you’ll identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.  You’ll meet with prospects, communicating via phone, email, and video, providing subject matter expertise regarding the Communo platform; advising prospects on suitability of products and solutions based on their needs, preparing proposals, presentations, pricing and contracts, developing strategic plans related to the prospect and the proposed solution.

What you’ll do:

  • Prospect (hunt) to identify new sales opportunities
  • Meet individual sales and activity targets
  • Research accounts and generate sales leads
  • Evaluate prospect needs and develop appropriate solutions
  • Acquire new business within your assigned book of business
  • Develop trusted relationships with key customers to retain and grow revenues over time
  • Attend team meetings, sales events and trainings
  • Stay current with changes and developments in the industry

What we’d like:

  • 4-5 years sales experience in tech/SaaS/platform sales
  • Track record of achieving quota
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Thorough computer literacy
  • Strong oral and written communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and driven
